The
business proposal is to basically start a gym (fitness center). What will be unique about this gym is that, unlike other gyms,
it will not be located in a residential area, having its membership open to anyone who would wants to join. It will be solely
targeted on a very focused group of individuals. And that target group would be that of executives and other professionals
from multinationals and other professionally managed large companies. The gym would be located in an area with a lot of offices
of various such companies.
The idea here is to serve the employees of the companies, who otherwise lead a very sedentary
lifestyle. Everyone would love to have a beautiful body and a lead a fit and healthy life. Most times, these executives have
enough money to spend on joining a good fitness program. They also have an inclination to have a better, stronger and healthier
body. But the central problem they are facing is the lack of time and convenient accessibility to a gym, which they can go
to whenever they get the time amidst their already jam-packed daily schedule.
It is this predicament of theirs in
which lies a very promising business proposition for us. Successfully addressing and serving the specific needs of this target
audience will give us a very good chance to have a lucrative and successful business in the service industry.
